User Generated Content and Acceptable Use Policy

Motxi maintains a strict, zero-tolerance policy against objectionable content and abusive behavior. By using this app, you agree to the following rules regarding User Generated Content (UGC):

Zero Tolerance: You may not post, upload, or transmit any content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, offensive, pornographic, or otherwise violates the rights of others. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content.

Content Moderation: Motxi reserves the right to filter, review, and remove any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be objectionable or in violation of these Terms.

Flagging and Blocking: Users have the ability to flag inappropriate content and block abusive users directly within the app.

Enforcement and 24-Hour Resolution: We actively monitor reports of objectionable content. Any content reported by users will be reviewed, and if deemed objectionable, removed within 24 hours of the report. The developer will immediately eject and permanently ban any user who provides offending content.

Any violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your account without prior notice.
